This project was conceived, executed and completed by Eyles Construction. Having purchased the land, Eyles Construction proceeded to redevelop the site providing 9nr dwellings providing housing for the local community. The specification and finishes of each unit was of a very high standard which led to each unit having been sold prior to completion of the development.

An integral part of this development was for the formation of a children’s play area, which was successfully handed over to the local authority upon completion. Once again the Eyles Group has worked with and for the community to provide not only housing but also amenities for the local children, demonstrating their ability to understand both their clients and the local communities requirements and needs.
