| Another regeneration project successfully completed by the Eyles Group involved the purchase of this derelict property which had suffered heavily following a severe fire. The Eyles Group worked closely with Local Authority, Structural Engineers and the local Conservation Departments to successfully complete the rebuilding and refurbishment to provide 4nr high quality apartments.
